Issues with new car n dealership. Please help!?

-Hey everyone, about four months ago I had purchased a new vehicle(kia sorento 2011) only 1 1/2 month of owning it it crap out in the middle of the high way and luckily we got it to the side of the high way right before it totally shut off. We got it towed by Kia's roadside service to a Kia dealership nearest to our house(not to the Kia dealership where we purchase the car. They wouldn't pay for the tow if we did that.) So it turn out to be a factory default and they fixed it. When I got my car n took it home I then realize that the steering wheel is not straight n I called him to tell them that they forgot to align my car or something. They told me to bring it back the next day and when I did the mechanic guy told me he didn't have his tools there to align my car so come back the next day. Well unfortunately my son was hospitalized the next day for a month, but we were mostly in the hospital n rarely drove the car. When we got out we were so busy with Dr. visit n taking care of my son that it delay for another month. Then we saw the ! light came on n it said the air are leaking out of the tires..it turn out that since my car was not align the inner of my two front tires were so wear out by it scraping against the car. Also the car rod was bent due to them towing my car from the first incident and we have to get that fix in order to align the car. So I got used tires put on there so I can go to work that day and the next day I called them n I brought my car in. The service manager looked at my car, I didn't tell him about me knowing that the car rod is bent so he called me out half an hour later n showed me that the car rod was bented n he said he will give me a price if I wanted to get it fixed. I told him what happen already n he said that it isn't their fault it's because I ran over a bump n cause that to bend. I ask him "MR.! Do you see any scratch or scrape under my car any where?" NO! So if I ran over a big bump shouldn't there be something there? So another mechanic ask if my car has been towed n I said yes n he said that probably did it. The service manager knew of it. He turned over to that guy and gave him this bad look like, why did you say that!

Any who he told us to go home because he won't fix our car if we weren't gonna pay for it. We got his name n called corp. but now our case is being reviewed and MAYBE I will hear something from them tomorrow? Can someone please give me some good advice to what to do and say?! What would you do if you were in my situation? What should I do if they won't pay or any of it?! I'm frustrated and lost. Thank you so much for reading this and answering! :DSounds like a crooked service writer is gonna lose his job for being a rip off I hate people like that they make us all look bad
What's the warranty on it?
Sorry, but they guy at the dealership is right.

1. Your car died in the road and was repaired. That is one thing. They do not take the steering wheel off for that.

2. Your steering wheel is not straight. That has nothing to do with whether or not the tires are straight and has nothing to do with No. 1

3. If the tie rod is bent your tires will wear out by rubbing but the car would be almost undrivable. This would still have nothing to do with No.1 or No.2

You or somebody hit something. It could have been a curb, a driveway that was steep or something that was laying in the road. It would not have to have been an accident. Sorry but you are discussing 3 different things and trying to make them related and they are not. It is not a warrenty issue. That said, it is an issue for your insurance company to address. If its a new car, it should have collision insurance. It would be required if you have a loan. Talk to your agent about it and they should cover it. Go back to the dealership and apologize to the man, buy him a soda, let him fix your car and go on with your life.
