My car dashboard says "low oil pressure..stop engine. I have a 1997 Cadillac STS, What could this be?

1. Check oil

2. If oil is ok - Check the oil pressure sending unit wiring connector. Location of sender - https://docs.google.com/leaf?id=0B1NaWpH鈥?/a>



3. If engine is not knocking while running oil psi should be ok, so replace the oil sending unit

Stop the motor and add oil to it...

The warning signals are really simple... Do exactly what it says....

STS is a really nice ride; way better than the CTS too bad it is on your hands.... (just kidding)
