Key will not unlock car door...Please Help!?

-I drive a 2001 Dodge Neon (I know, it's a neon...) and the lock on the drivers side will not unlock from the outside with a key. When I put the key in there, it will rotate, but there's no clicking initiating that the door unlocked. Right now I have to get in through the passenger side and the key works fine on that lock.

I already tried using W40 on the lock and it didn't do anything. Using different keys didn't do anything either...

Just wondering if I have any other options aside from taking it to the shop.

Thanks Everyone!Welcome !

You have a rod that has come loose. Ether from the plastic clip which holds rod in place.

Sorry Gabby she is broke. U have to get a new lockset. If you want to spend the money for new will run a couple hundred. A used one from a junkyard maybe 35 to 50 plus installation.
