94 geo prizum,won't start.turn key nothing happens.ran fine day before.battery is up.?

-don't no if it is the starter or a fuse.car has a manual transmission.would like to get running for work,am taking bus.everything works,headlights,wipers,horn,but car will not turn over,nothing at all.well if u hear the click sound when turning the key to start the car then it is a starter motor problem can be fixed, but if u dont hear any clicking sound then u have a problem with the switch, try to shake the key while u r trying to start up the car this might do. but both ways u have to see an electrician. if u dont want to tow the car, have someone to push the car & start on gear :)
if it makes a click when you turn key it must be the starter. check fuse box to see if there's a blown fuse.
if it clicks while trying to start then you starter is junk
